The illy Arabica Selection range is a selection of single-origin Arabica coffee from the best harvests with very special flavor profiles based on their region of origin. This coffee grows in the mountains of Guatemala at an altitude of up to 2000 meters. Here, the cooler temperatures are mitigated by warm winds from Mexico. The soil is very fertile and the environment is characterized by great biodiversity.
