The AC outdoor alarm clock WK 973 is an additional weatherproof electromechanical signaling device. It is intended for additional signaling in the private and industrial sector. Due to its low switching threshold and the low power consumption of the integrated connection relay, the WK 973 is well suited to be operated on small PBXs or DSL routers with analogue telephone connections.

The WK 973 can also be operated in parallel with devices that are already connected and hardly puts any strain on the a/b port. However, an additional power connection is required for the bell, which makes this additional alarm clock a few decibels louder than the WK978.
