If a desk or office chair is not sufficiently height-adjustable, a footrest can help. It ensures unhindered blood flow and improves working posture.
We recommend using a footrest that is at least 45 cm wide and 35 cm deep. The height adjustment range should be at least 11 cm from the floor. The angle of inclination of the support surface should be adjustable from 5° to at least 15°.
