PureInstall PI6100 SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps (v3.2 Gen 2x1) USB-C / USB-A cable The PI6100-010 from the PureInstall series by PureLink is a 1.00 meter long, passive premium USB-C to USB-A cable that connects devices with USB-C or USB-A ports according to the USB 3.2 (Gen 2x1) standard with a maximum data transfer rate of 10Gbps. The cable with high-purity copper conductors and triple shielding has a USB-C connector on one side and a USB-A connector on the other. Both connectors are nickel-plated and also have gold-plated precision plug contacts. The cable can also be used as a charging cable for USB-C devices and supports a maximum output power of 3A / 5V / 15W without supporting USB Power Delivery. PureInstall - Benchmark for professional installations The USB-C cable range PI6000 to PI6100 from the PureInstall series by PureLink is designed for connecting devices with USB-C or USB-C / USB-A connections. The cables enable data transfer via USB at up to 20Gbps and comply with various USB 3.2 SuperSpeed standards. The cables in the range are equipped with USB-C connectors on both sides (PI6000), or with USB-C on one side and USB-A connectors on the other side (PI6100). They have a nickel-plated connector housing and gold-plated precision plug contacts. The USB-C connector can be used on both sides, so you don't have to pay attention to the direction of the connector. The cables themselves are triple shielded and equipped with inner conductors made of high-purity copper. All cables are of course also backwards compatible with the older USB 2.0 / 1.1 specification. The pure USB-C cables (PI6000) are provided with E-markers and therefore support USB Power Delivery (USB PD) with up to 5A / 20V / 100W. They are also compatible with the "DisplayPort Alt-Mode" and can therefore be used to transmit AV streams in addition to data and power transmission, provided that the source and display device also support the DP Alt-Mode. The transmission takes place according to the DisplayPort 1.4 / 1.2 Alt-Mode standard and supports resolutions up to 8K / UltraHD-2 at 30Hz. When transmitting DisplayPort 1.4 AV signals via Alt-Mode, the cables support a maximum of the simultaneous data rate of the USB 2.0 specification. A full data rate can be achieved if the simultaneous AV resolution corresponds to the DisplayPort 1.2 specification. USB Alt-Mode also enables the connection of USB docking stations with multiple USB and separate AV ports and USB Power Delivery. All cables with USB-A connectors (PI6100) do not have an E-Marker chipset and therefore unfortunately do not support DisplayPort Alt-Mode or USB Power Delivery. Their maximum charging power is 3A / 5V / 15W.
