Administration
- The LCD display shows the most important UPS parameters such as input and output voltage, load and battery life. It also shows the configuration options for the output voltage, the acoustic alarm and the sensitivity.

- The Eaton 5SC offers a USB and an RS232 interface. The USB interface is HID compatible and thus ensures automatic integration into Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

- The Rack and R/T models are equipped with a slot for an optional communications card (including SNMP/
Web or relay contact card). Eaton's Intelligent Power&reg, Software Suite guarantees compatibility
with all major operating systems, including virtualization software.

- Pure sine wave voltage: In battery mode, the Eaton 5SC delivers a high-quality output voltage and thus also supplies sensitive devices such as power factor correction (PFC) servers.

- Buck-Boost operation corrects fluctuations in the input voltage and regulates it continuously without the use of batteries.

- Longer battery life: Eaton's ABM® technology uses an innovative
three-stage charging system that extends battery life by up to 50%.

flexibility

- Rack models are specifically designed to fit into wall cabinets with a shallow depth of 500 mm or more, or into distribution racks, or to be mounted on the wall.

- R/T models allow both tower and rack installation, all models are delivered with stands and rack kit at no extra charge.

- Tower models with small size for easy integration even in limited space (employee stations, ATMs, ticket machines, etc.) and with up to nine connections for greater flexibility.

- Easy battery replacement via front cover for longer UPS life.
