The illy Arabica Selection range is a selection of single-origin Arabica coffee from the best harvests with very specific flavor profiles based on their region of origin. This coffee is grown throughout Ethiopia, with a higher concentration in the southern part of the country. The coffee bushes still grow spontaneously in the shade of the vegetation and the beans are often picked by hand.
